Santa came early to our house this year. He came on December 21st, before we headed to go see family for the holidays. His big present for Kinley this year was a bicycle!
Santa left Lucky and Alex treats in their stockings too.
Kinley woke up that morning, and like every morning, came straight to our room. She didn't even notice that Santa had came. She climbed into bed with us. Then we took her in the living room to see what he brought! I'm sure there won't be many more years of her walking right past it.
She was more concerned to what all was on her bike at first than riding it. She caught on pretty fast to riding though. Prior to this bike, we had a balance bike that she had gotten on her 2nd birthday. After she "rode" a little bit, we got back to presents.
She helped the dogs open their stockings before opening her own.
Dad got socks in his stocking. He doesn't look too amused but this guy LOVES socks, and they were some of his favorites too. He's became a little bit of sock snob.
We were obsessed with Mickey and Minnie Mouse at Christmas. She got a Minnie and Daisy foam floor puzzle and a Minnie bath towel.
She got what I'm pretty positive was her first Barbie. She had started playing with all of my old Barbies a lot prior to this so we got her one of her own.
She got a Minnie purse along with glasses, phone and travel accessories.
Her favorite present from us was the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse along with a ton of Mickey Mouse and friend figurines that she was missing. Dad actually found all this on Facebook Marketplace used and it has been one of her favorite and most played with toys! Her favorite figurine for a while there was Pete.
And if learning to ride a bike wasn't hard enough, she had to carry her purse with her too!
Here's a compilation of some of our Santa footage that morning. I love her voice at this age. It amazes me how her voice and vocabulary both have changed since then.
We had a fun morning celebrating with just our little family. I can't wait to keep continuing Christmas traditions with Kinley and now Cutler too!
